I graduated in 1998 from the Pacific Graduate School of Psychology (PGSP) in Palo Alto, CA, and was licensed in California in 2000.  The bulk of my training has taken place in the following settings, in chronological order:
1992 The Community Health Awareness Council (CHAC) in Mountain View, CA
1993 The Menlo Park VA (PTSD inpatient unit and Brain Injury Rehab outpatient unit)
1994 The Transitional Program in Palo Alto, CA
1994-00 Psychological Assistant in Dr. Paul W. Wanner's private practice in San Francisco & Mountain View, CA
1995 The Menlo Park VA (The Brain Injury Rehab Unit - BIRU)
1996 Valley Medical Center acute rehab hospital (Spinal Cord Injury and Brain Injury units) in Santa Clara, CA
1997 The Behavioral Medicine Unit of UCSF - Ambulatory Care

Prior to that, I also worked for four years as an advocate on the Rape Crisis Center hotline of the Palo Alto YWCA.
